Fulfill your dreams of cycling the Carretera Austral, right after I do!
In Dec/Jan I'm cycling the Carretera from south to north with some friends, likely finishing near Puerto Montt, Bariloche, or Pucon around February. I'm consider selling the bike (with full touring gear) to the right buyer. This would make it extremely easy for you to show up and ride the Carretera Austral, north to south!
I originally bought this Surly Long Haul Trucker 56cm with four well-loved Ortlieb panniers off eBay. Added an Ortlieb tube bag, Brooks saddle (new), Jones H-bar ergonomic handlebar (new), V-brakes (new), and fenders (new).
